  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that prepared the report; Idaho Falls Police Records is at 775 Northgate Mile, 208-612-8600, and operates Monday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Arrest and sheriff records: use the Bonneville County Sheriff's Office Records Team at 605 N. Capital Avenue, 208-529-1350 option 5, or BCSOrecords@co.bonneville.id.us.
  • Current jail custody: call the Bonneville County Jail at 208-529-1315 if the hourly roster does not answer the question.
  • Idaho criminal-history reports: request a name-based or fingerprint-based report from the Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification, 700 S. Stratford Drive, Suite 120, Meridian, ID 83642, 208-884-7134.
  • Expungement documentation: obtain the disposition from the Clerk and follow the Bureau of Criminal Identification process for qualifying records under Idaho Code § 67-3004(10).
