This private reference site operates independently of government. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files documents for a user.

Its role is to identify the Bonneville County Sheriff's Office, county criminal courts, Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification, Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry, and third-party research tools that may be relevant.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use this site's information or any linked result to threaten, stalk, intimidate, harass, or discriminate against another person. Idaho Code § 18-8326 specifically prohibits unlawful misuse of Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry information and permits criminal or civil consequences. Registry access supports public safety awareness, not vigilantism or discriminatory treatment.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

Any check needed for a regulated purpose must be obtained from the Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification or a provider that complies with the FCRA.
